The duties of the ambassador or his representative, for example, director of an office or business manager abroad, and defining and distributing his powers.
Chapter One / Article 2
1- The mission of the concerned gentlemen is to coordinate and implement the general policy of the Forum and its directions in foreign policy affairs, exercise all affairs and powers related to bilateral and international relations, address issues related to members and interests in Arab and foreign countries as determined by treaties, international law and custom, the constitution, laws and regulations of the Forum, and work to develop communication between the Forum. And other countries in various food, economic, cultural and social fields, within the tasks of the foreign policy directions of the forum.
The duties and powers of the ambassador or his representative include the following:
Organizing the exchange of diplomatic representation with Arab and foreign countries.
Representing the Professional Chefs Forum in relevant organizations, conferences, and meetings for international and local chefs, and expressing an opinion regarding its representation in international events within the country in which it is located.
Participate in discussions and negotiations to conclude international treaties and agreements and take all measures leading to their conclusion and implementation.
Participate in any international negotiations and discussions in all economic, cultural, social and other fields that are in the interest of the forum.
Nominating honorary members for the forum and agreeing to accept honorary members in the country entrusted to represent us.
Introducing the Forum abroad and its achievements, focusing on the Forum’s role in supporting the chef and his development and communication with the world culturally, economically, socially and touristically, and focusing on the basic principles determined by the Forum’s policy.
Granting and extending cards and documents for associates residing abroad and the like in accordance with applicable regulations.
Taking care of the affairs of affiliates abroad, taking care of them, working to strengthen ties between them and those who meet, and expressing an opinion on the legislation and regulations related to them. Q
In general, the ambassador is responsible for exercising all the powers and powers that pertain to the relations of the recipient with the country in which he represents him.
Chapter II
Powers of the Ambassador, his deputies, his assistants, and the Advisory Council / Article 3
The ambassador has the right to appoint office directors and administrative ladders in all the governorates affiliated with him in the country in which he is present, in coordination with senior management.
The ambassador has the right to terminate the membership of any member who has caused or distorted the reputation of the member in the country in which he is authorized to represent the member.
The ambassador has the right to award the Malakati scarf to any party he deems worthy of honor, regardless of his rank, for what is beneficial to the Malakati.
The ambassador has the right to organize competitions and exhibitions, provided that he secures the approval of the country in which he is located, in coordination with senior management.
Chapter III
From external affairs: the rights and powers of senior management.
The senior management is responsible for appointing the ambassador and his deputy.
The senior administration has the right to terminate the duties of its ambassador or whoever represents him, including representatives and directors of platforms, if he violates one of the conditions stated in Article Fourteen of the internal regulations, provided that the reason for the termination is explained to him.
